In order to deeply study and publicize the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and guide the majority of cadres and workers to accurately grasp the rich connotation of the spirit of the plenary session, on the afternoon of September 2, 2024, Yao Yao, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Hainch Technology Company, went to Ningbo Company and carried out a lecture on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Nearly 50 members of the company's team, middle-level cadres, technical cadres and representatives of young workers participated in the publicity activities.
The lecture closely focused on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, from a profound understanding of the significance of the plenary session to grasping the major measures of deepening the reform of state-owned assets and enterprises, and effectively promoting the implementation of various decisions and deployments of the plenary session, making a deep and systematic exposition. Based on the guiding ideology, overall goals, and major principles of comprehensively deepening reform, the direction and focus of state-owned asset and enterprise reform were elaborated in detail.
The meeting stressed that the plenary session was a general mobilization and headquarters for further deepening reform and promoting Chinese path to modernization at a new historical starting point, which was of great historical and practical significance. Party members and cadres at all levels, as well as the vast number of employees, should closely combine their own reality, study and implement the spirit of the plenary session with promoting high-quality development.
